1. :The candidate must have deep expertise in Android AOS P, including firmware-level understanding, OS-level APIs, and strong knowledge of Android Enterpris e, particularly OEMConfi g
2. .OEMConfi g experience is essential, as it provides access to OEM-specific APIs and capabilities that are not natively exposed through standard EMM control s
3. .The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with MAM/MDM/EMM platform s (e.g., MAMBO or equivalent), and be fully familiar with securing and locking down Android device s using Android Enterprise features and policies
4. .Since the client does not build the device or firmware in-house, the expert needs to lead technical discussions and interface directly with the client’s hardware/manufacturing partner s, providing guidance on requirements and implementation
5. .Preferably, the candidate should have experience working with Google Android Enterprise Clou d services
6. .Next year, the client will onboard their first Google Enterprise accoun t, giving them access to Google’s internal queues and infrastructure for Android Enterprise (policy processing, error visibility, etc.). The candidate must be capable of working within the Android Enterprise consol e and Google Cloud Platform (GCP ) to analyze policy behavior, troubleshoot issues, and interpret errors within the Google ecosystem
7. .Must be a Security and Compliance exper t, with a strong grasp of Android device hardening
8. .Must be a Policy and Components specialis t, familiar with how policies are structured, applied, and optimized
9. .The role requires strong documentation skills and the ability to interface with external vendor s, especially when requesting or defining new feature enhancements
10. .Should be technically savvy across the broader Android platform, including Wi-Fi and LTE network interaction s, connectivity behavior, and troubleshooting
11. .The candidate must be flexible and able to operate effectively in a rapidly evolving environmen t
12. .Finally, the client needs candidates with real-world, hands-on experienc e—not just buzzwords. The individual should be able to speak to true case studies, actual deployments, and practical problem-solvin g
