Inventory Planner

A globally recognized retail organization is seeking a Distribution Planner to support inventory allocation, replenishment, and distribution strategies across North America and Latin America. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Logistics teams to optimize inventory flow, maximize sales opportunities, and ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time. Key Responsibilities Manage store allocations, replenishment, and inventory balancing across retail, wholesale, and digital channels Monitor sales, inventory levels, and product performance to drive allocation decisions Support new product launches and seasonal inventory strategies Analyze inventory productivity, stock coverage, and sell-through trends Develop reporting and KPI tracking to identify risks and opportunities Partner cross-functionally to improve inventory efficiency and support business objectives Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Allocation, Distribution Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics Retail or consumer goods exposure preferred Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, JDA, or similar) Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Location Northern New Jersey / New York City area (hybrid) Ideal for a data-driven planner who enjoys balancing analytics, inventory strategy, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Clark Davis Associates
