Remote Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist
Asset Living
Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist to ensure eligibility of housing applications and compliance with regulations. You will review resident files, monitor regulatory changes, and assist with tax credit reviews. The role primarily allows remote work but requires travel (estimated 50% of work time) for property visits and training. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with preference for candidates with HCCP certification.
