Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Immediate Nurse Practitioner (NP) contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in Elko, NV.
Pay Rate: $100.00/hr
Work Schedule:
- 4 x 10hr rotating shifts: Mon–Thu and Tue–Fri, 8:00am - 7:00pm
- 2 scheduled weekends per month: Sat–Sun, 8:00am – 2:00pm
Contract Details:
- Start: 10/05/2026
- End: 2/28/2027 (possible extension or permanent position)
Job Details:
- Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
- Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition.
- Collaborates with Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
- Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures.
- Maintains medical records
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program
- Epic experience a plus
- Experience in acute care or walk-in/urgent care
- Current national certification (ANCC or AANP)
- Prior clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting.
