Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Interventional Radiology Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current RN license Certifications: BLS and ACLS Must-Have: Experience with interventional radiology procedures Description: Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures performed include: Port Placement Y-90 Adrenal Vein Sampling Liver Biopsy Abdominal Biopsy Deep Bone Biopsy G-tube Placement CVC Placement/Removal/Replacement PCN Placement IVC Filter Placement/Removal Common medications used in the unit include: Sedation medications such as Versed, Fentanyl, Dilaudid Antibiotics Special procedures performed in the unit include: All radiologic procedures Vascular procedures Cancer patient interventions Biopsies MRI scans Y-90 treatments
