Medical Technologist II

Mercy is seeking a Medical Technologist II to join our Blood Bank on the night shift. In this role, you will perform complex blood bank and clinical laboratory testing, analyze and validate results, and ensure timely, accurate reporting to support critical patient care decisions. Responsibilities include instrument calibration and maintenance, strict adherence to quality control and safety standards, and collaboration with physicians and nursing staff. You will also help mentor junior staff, contribute to process improvements, and uphold Mercy’s mission of compassionate, patient-centered care.
