About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Medical Strategy Director to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the company's mission to make healthcare more human and impactful. The successful candidate will be a scientific storyteller, turning data into direction and evidence into inspiration, and will lead medical strategy across various brands and therapeutic areas. A deep understanding of promotional healthcare communications and significant experience in pharmaceutical and biotech advertising is essential. The role demands a strategic leader who can define scientific narratives, identify strategic opportunities, and ensure the work is not only accurate but also unforgettable. The VP, Medical Strategy Director will be a trusted client advisor, a quality champion, and an inspiring teacher, with a focus on mentoring and developing talent.
