What You Will Do

• Drive Revenue: Assume full accountability for the sales department’s quotas, forecasting, and gross profit margins.
• Lead and Mentor: Recruit, train, and coach a high-energy sales team, transforming average performers into elite closers.
• Optimize the Sales Engine: Refine sales processes, scripts, and CRM management to maximize conversion rates at every stage of the pipeline.
• Inspect What You Expect: Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline audits, and KPIs tracking to ensure data-driven success.
• Close Key Accounts: Step in to support high-value negotiations and strategic enterprise accounts when needed.

What We Are Looking For

• The "Proof": You must provide verifiable data, awards, or rankings showing you consistently hit or exceeded quotas in previous roles.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven sales management experience , preferably within the Automotive and Marine space.
• Leadership Grit: A proven ability to recruit top-tier talent and foster a culture of high accountability.
• Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms like Lightspeed, CDK Global, and DealerPeak
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
