Page Designer

Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Page Designer, the full-time remote position will manage copy editing and headline writing, promote visual storytelling, and collaborate with editors while preferring candidates located in Colorado. Key responsibilities: Manage copy editing and headline writing for accuracy and style Promote visual storytelling through effective layout design using photographs, graphics, and typography Collaborate with editors on story presentation and communicate with production departments regarding quality control Required qualifications: College degree from an accredited four-year college or equivalent experience Proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite Previous newspaper design experience is preferred Proven skills in news judgment, typography, and page design Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a remote team
