Travel Ultrasound Sonographer - $2,908 per week

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Ultrasound Technologist for a travel job in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Job Description & Requirements

Must have :

• Knowledge of anatomy and pathology with ability to recognize normal from abnormal findings
• Basic scanning skills with good understanding of sonographic physics and techniques
• Clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting- with some exposure to general, vascular, & OB-GYN sonography

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Additional certifications: RVT, OB-GYN, AB
• Experience in the OR and with ultrasound procedures 

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   

• Thoras, paras, FNAs (thyroids, parotids, lymph nodes), soft tissue masses or lymph node BXs, liver & renal BXs, drainages (abscesses, cysts, hematomas, gallbladders), thrombin injections, etc
• OR- breast needle placements, carotids, D&Cs, prostate BXs

EQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: · BLS, RDMS, NH MIRT Licensure 9:00PM-7:00AM
