A rapidly growing real estate company is seeking an experienced Field Maintenance Technician to service single-family homes across the Minneapolis suburbs (Brooklyn Park, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, and nearby). This is a permanent, full-time role offering autonomy, strong compensation, and long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do:

• Perform residential maintenance and repairs with a focus on HVAC and plumbing
• Work independently to manage your schedule and service multiple homes
• Use AppFolio to upload photos and detailed work order reports
• Deliver quality work while representing a mission-driven housing provider

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of residential maintenance experience
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Reliable vehicle and tools (generous allowance provided)
• Strong problem-solving skills, accountability, and communication
• Comfortable with tech and mobile apps
