ICU | CVICU | ER Registered Nurse – Outpatient Surgery Phoenix, AZ | $31–$46/hour DOE | Full-Time Ready to step away from the hospital without stepping away from critical care? This is an excellent opportunity for experienced ICU, CVICU, or ER nurses looking for better work‑life balance while continuing to care for high‑acuity patients. You'll join a specialized outpatient surgery center caring for patients with organ failure, or at risk for organ failure undergoing advanced vascular access procedures. Why Critical Care RNs Make the Best Fit Continue caring for high-acuity patients in a specialized outpatient setting. Use your ICU, CVICU, or ER skills in a Monday–Friday procedural environment. Work alongside physicians performing advanced vascular access procedures that improve patients' quality of life. What You'll Do Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care. Monitor high-acuity patients, administer IV medications and conscious sedation. Assess vascular access sites and respond quickly to changes in patient condition. Educate patients and families while collaborating closely with physicians to deliver exceptional outcomes. What You'll Need Active Arizona RN license Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher ICU, CVICU, or Emergency Department experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications Compensation 1–4 years: $31–$38/hour 5–9 years: $39–$43/hour 10+ years: $44–$46/hour If you're looking for a role where your critical care experience continues to make a difference—without the demands of inpatient hospital shifts,we'd love to connect.
