You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred. Our office is located in Staten Island, NY. I have been a State Farm agent since 2008. I am a proud graduate of Georgetown University. We currently have 8 team members at our agency.
