Jack In The Box - - Responsibilities: Train and lead team members to consistently deliver a WOW guest experience with quality food, service, and a clean restaurant environment; Supervise and train team members on workstation operations; delegate work and follow up; Maintain restaurant cleanliness and adherence to procedures; respond to guest needs with courtesy and effective problem solving; Motivate and inspire employees to perform at a high level and provide feedback/recognition; Attend Team Leader training and ensure 40 hours per week availability as needed
