About Us:
We are a well-established property management company dedicated to providing exceptional living experiences for our residents. Currently, we are seeking a reliable and experienced On-Site Manager for our 35-unit apartment complex located in Davis, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the apartment complex
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns
- Conduct property inspections and address maintenance issues
- Lease enforcement and tenant relations
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in Cloud Computing and using a portal
Requirements:
- Live on-site in the provided manager's unit
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for after-hours emergencies
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience, plus on-site housing.
