responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and administer EHS policies and procedures to ensure Our Client remains strictly compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Design and oversee comprehensive training programs for Our Client's employees, covering crucial topics like hazardous waste handling, emergency response, and occupational safety.
• Conduct regular lab, plant, and office safety inspections, maintain safety equipment inventory, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate any potential hazards.
• Investigate workplace incidents or accidents, prepare detailed regulatory reports, and act as Our Client's primary liaison with external emergency response agencies.
• Review new products, equipment, and processes for potential safety hazards prior to their introduction to support Our Client's short and long-term business goals.
