DescriptionRobert Half is partnering with a growing organization in the Norman area to identify an experienced Human Resources Director. This is an opportunity for a strategic HR leader to partner with executive leadership, shape organizational culture, drive HR initiatives, and oversee the overall human resources function. The HR Director will provide leadership and direction for all HR operations while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
