Role Overview
Lead culinary operations for a high-volume, scratch-kitchen concept in Syracuse, NY, driven by seasonal ingredients, farm-to-table dining, and private events. Oversee menu development, kitchen leadership, inventory controls, and food safety standards while maintaining high profitability across à la carte dining and banquet execution.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive culinary leadership in high-volume, scratch-kitchen environments. (Fast-casual/casual background will not be considered)
- Proven track record managing farm-to-table programs, banquets, or large-scale event catering .
- Demonstrated success controlling food and labor costs.
- Active ServSafe Manager Certification .
