Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
Autumn Lake at Summit Park | Catonsville, MD
$37–$41/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Summit Park. Work alongside experienced clinicians while providing hands-on therapy that helps residents improve mobility, build strength, and achieve greater independence.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with strengthening, balance, gait training, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and rehabilitation goals
• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT
• Reinforce therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team

Qualifications

• Active Maryland PTA license required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate PTAs are welcome to apply
