Position Overview:
Bizzetta are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about event planning and eager to kickstart their career in the events industry. As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various events ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and community events. 

This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Manage event logistics including setup, teardown, and on-site coordination.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand event goals and expectations.
• Support the creation of event schedules, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
