Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. Responsibilities Provide high-quality rehab services to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Deliver individualized treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, including therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility enhancement. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and safety techniques. Qualifications & Skills Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach. Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and safety protocols. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Attention to detail for accurate documentation. Key Duties Assist in improving patients' mobility, safety, and independence.
