Paint Prepper/Buffer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Paint Prepper/Buffer to assist our painting team in preparing surfaces for painting. The ideal candidate will have experience in surface preparation, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and priming as required.
• Mask and cover areas to protect them from paint overspray.
• Inspect surfaces for imperfections and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Assist painters with mixing paints and ensuring the correct materials are used.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the painting process.
