Oversee your caseload, leading and nurturing LPNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides to foster a strong, cohesive care team.Innovate with technology. Utilize leading-edge tools and best practices to optimize care delivery and maintain precise documentation.Job RequirementsQualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served.Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience is a significant plus!).
