HVAC Service Technician

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and clearly explain solutions to homeowners. Perform maintenance, repairs, and system cleaning. Ensure systems meet company standards and local/state codes. Work alongside and mentor HVAC Service Apprentices. Requirements 3+ years of HVAC experience (residential preferred). Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass background and pre‑employment screenings. Strong customer service and communication skills. Schedule Monday–Friday, rotating weekends and on‑call shifts.
