Partner, Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition Partner will own full-cycle recruiting and advise hiring managers to support hiring decisions that align with business goals at Kubota Tractor Corp. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidate slates Execute talent attraction strategies using job postings, networking, and employer brand initiatives Maintain a positive, professional candidate experience across all stages of the process Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align recruiting efforts with workforce planning and organizational priorities Ensure recruiting activities follow company policies and employment laws Track and report recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred If degree is not held, have at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment Proven experience improving recruiting workflows, reducing time to fill , and enhancing candidate experience Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment best practices Ability to support hiring managers through organizational changes, new processes, or evolving talent needs Experience leading recruiting projects, initiatives, or high volume hiring cycles Ability to manage hiring initiatives and influence leaders and cross-functional partners Strong communication , relationship building , and organizational skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to travel up to 25% Location and Work Environment Grapevine, TX (onsite) General office environment requiring sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes to perform job duties #J-18808-Ljbffr Kubota Tractor Corp
