Case Worker

There is one full-time position available within the Intensive Treatment Residential Childhood Program for Cottage 8. The hours are flexible and based on the needs of youth and the program. This is a salaried position with a starting salary of $46,500. Responsibilities: Serves as primary contact for families/guardians, DCF, and schools regarding treatment progress of caseload of youth; facilitates diagnostic and clinical assessments, including the CANS and comprehensive assessments; attends Individual Treatment Plan meetings; co-facilitates clinical and psycho-educational groups with the Program Clinician and psycho-educational groups within the milieu; provides support to milieu to ensure fidelity to the ARC framework; assists youth with the development of Behavioral Support and Safety Plans; coordinates and supervises family and guardian visits; assists with facilitation of intakes for the ER Programs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required. Two years of human services experience required, preferably in a similar residential setting. Core Competencies: Demonstrate effective communication and documentation skills. Demonstrate the ability to work in a strength-based manner to forge relationships with youth and families. Demonstrate familiarity with the ARC and Wraparound principles and trauma-informed care. Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills. Starting Date: TBD #J-18808-Ljbffr
