Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree for clinical lab – MT/CLS preferred, MLT with equivalent training, and strong experience also considered.
• Hospital Laboratory experience preferred but not required.
• Certified ASCP Certification
• At least one year of recent Blood Bank experience required.
• A commitment to patient care, accuracy, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various laboratory tests, such as hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology, following established procedures and protocols.
• Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, providing expertise and insights to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and contribute to process improvements.
