Pay From: $18 per hour

MUST:

• 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience
• EMR experience
• Medical Scribing experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel between office locations as needed
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

DUTIES:

• Prepare patients for examination by obtaining medical and ocular histories.
• Perform preliminary testing and perform diagnostic testing.
• Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and patient education.
• Accurately document findings in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Assist with contact lens fitting and patient instruction
• Prepare examination rooms and maintain clinical equipment.
• Prepare for and assist with in-office procedures
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and postoperative instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure an efficient patient flow.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned, not specifically outlined
