• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening
• Follow up with potential leads to foster interest and facilitate the hiring process
• Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records within our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the number of meetings scheduled, interviews completed, and successful hires from your leads
