Our client, a
luxury fashion brand, is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator to support inventory accuracy, cycle count execution, and reconciliation activities within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This fully onsite role in Dayton, NJ plays a key part in maintaining inventory integrity, identifying discrepancies, and driving continuous process improvements across warehouse operations. Job Duties Include - Coordinate and execute cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy
- Maintain count schedules and oversee inventory count activities with warehouse teams
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and reconcile variances between physical and system inventory
- Analyze inventory data and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting documentation
- Partner with warehouse leadership and cross-functional teams to support inventory control initiatives
- Support inventory audits, reconciliations, and operational reviews
- Assist with inventory-related administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation
- Provide backup support for inventory operations and other warehouse control functions as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
Job Qualifications Include - 2+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred
- Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive, process-oriented mindset
- Experience within distribution, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
Compensation: $26 - $28/hr
This is a temporary position. The worker will be employed and paid by PCG.
Benefits: Temporary employees through PCG may be eligible benefits after a waiting period, such as health insurance, dental and vision plans, paid holidays, and participation in our incentive savings program. Additional benefits may apply based on assignment and eligibility.
This role is assigned to a client company that may provide additional amenities or benefits to their internal staff. These may not apply to temporary assignments.
