As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support alarm panel response, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and use technology to document activity. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.58 / Hour Job Schedule Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures. Prepare accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff information while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
