The role focuses on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Job Description • Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.• Positions PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.• Drives proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.• Delivers a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems.• Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.• Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.
