Practice Manager

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time remote Practice Manager will ensure accurate revenue capture and compliance, provide training to staff on revenue cycle best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue cycle outcomes. Key responsibilities Ensure compliance in revenue, billing, and reimbursement processes while conducting gap analyses to identify workflow issues Provide training and ongoing support to staff regarding revenue cycle best practices and compliance requirements Review and manage key revenue cycle reports, coordinating Open Accounts Receivable meetings and documenting action items Required qualifications Associates degree or Bachelor's degree required 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting or billing office Experience with Medicaid and Medicare enrollments and revenue cycle management Knowledge of process workflow and compliance standards Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues Virtual Vocations Inc
