Registered Nurse Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Acute Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this critical role, you will provide top-tier care to patients in urgent, critical, and acute conditions across various settings. You'll be part of a dynamic team, working alongside physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-focused care.
Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to patients in acute settings such as ICU, ER, Med-Surg, and more.
- Continuously assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely entries in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians.
- Manage patients with complex needs, including multi-system failure, trauma, or recovery from surgery.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health conditions, medications, and recovery processes.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Active RN license.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
