CyberArk Engineer

This position may be offered to a candidate authorized to work in the US for his/her/their stated employer, without any restrictions which would prevent the candidate from working on the proposed assignment for the duration of the assignment period.

Location: Open to fully remote candidates who are not local (Who currently reside more than 45 miles away from McLean, VA). Candidates who are local to the area would be expected to adhere to the Hybrid schedule (Onsite Tuesday-Thursday) but exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis.

Must Haves

8+ years of in-depth engineering experience working in CyberArk suite - specifically the hiring team is looking for candidates with demonstrated architecture and engineering experience. Candidates need to have experience upgrading to core components of CyberArk & working with the CorePass components. They must have had recent, hands-on experience implementing upgrade and installations and with server hardening. In addition to the technical experience required, this position will require very strong written and verbal communication skills. The position will require the engineer to communicate effectively across the organization and with Sr. Mgmt, making it necessary for them to be able to easily articulate what they are doing, explain why they are doing it, and document it all.

Position Overview

Individual will be collaborating with various IT groups to ensure effective service delivery of system security programs for all environments. Individual will be providing leadership and support to analysts while recommending and implementing new functionality to enhance compliance processes and support the SOX compliance.

Qualifications

•8+ years of in-depth engineering experience working in CyberArk suite.

•Knowledge in CyberArk PIM information security tools in a large, complex, multi-platform environment.

•Installation and configuration of CyberArk PAS solution, including the Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Privileged Session Manager (PSM) and Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP).

•Experience creating platforms policy for the management of credentials.

•Administer and engineer CyberArk for integrating privileged accounts.

•Experience in creating automation scripts using PACLI and REST API.

•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•Person will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for production issue.

•Develop and administer data security policies.

•Safeguard information.

•Evaluate existing data security procedures.

•Identify new areas of risk.

•Excellent written and oral communication.

Candidate for this position need to have CyberArk 8+ understanding and experience.
