Assistant Manager Position overview: Assist in operating restaurants on a day-to-day basis, support the General Manager, and help ensure smooth shift operations. Additionally, support local store marketing to reach sales and profit goals while guiding team members through performance and training initiatives. Qualifications Have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience. Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service. The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements.
