What You'll Do Point of Contact - Connection between customers and technicians. Advising - Build trust by advising customers on vehicle service and maintenance. Scheduling - Manage appointments and document vehicle concerns. Communication - Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally. Documentation - Maintain accurate service records. Technology - Strong comfort with using computer systems. Driving Record – Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
