Maintenance Clerk

$20 - $23 hourly

• Coordinate daily maintenance schedules to ensure seamless operations and minimal downtime.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager in tracking equipment performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with the mechanics team to prioritize urgent repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
• Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring availability for timely repairs.
• Support the implementation of safety protocols to protect our team and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to relay important updates and changes in maintenance plans.

• Experience in coordinating maintenance schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams, including mechanics.
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory of parts and supplies efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent communication skills to relay updates and changes in maintenance plans.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools is a plus.
