Desired Experience & Credentials:

• Active and valid professional license as a Speech Language Pathologist (required)
• School-based experience is highly valued, but not mandatory for consideration
• Comfortable working on-site in a dynamic K-12 environment
• Highly organized, adaptable, and responsive to changing caseloads and assignments
• Clear, confident communicator with students, families, and education staff
• Ready to complete the district’s two-part onboarding and credentialing process promptly

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to assigned student caseloads (age groups and schools TBD)
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and legal standards
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance service delivery
• Adhere to all district, state, and federal regulations governing school-based therapy services
• Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, standard 8-hour school days with a 30-minute unpaid break
