What You'll Do: As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance function for our Service Center, ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of equipment, facilities, and operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a team of maintenance professionals while driving preventive maintenance, equipment uptime, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the site. Lead site maintenance team members, and buildcollaborative working relationships with engineering, production management, and team members. Repair and maintainmachinery, mechanical equipment, electricaland computerized systemsfollowing diagrams, blueprints, operating manuals, or manufacturer’s specifications. Equipment examplesincludepumps, conveyor systems, motors, facility systems (HVAC), etc. Expand preventative & predictive maintenance programs, includingcrucial component reliability & work order management. Determine trends in work order & repair history to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Reduce downtime by performing root cause analysis on failures. Identify& leadprojects that willreduce cost and increase throughput. Maintainall Food Safe Sanitation equipment in excellent working condition. Use basic computer skills to perform maintenance and repair on computer-controlled machinery,PLC controls, VFD drives, and instrumentation. What We Are Looking For: A minimum of 7 years of maintenance experience and 5 or more years of supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in industries withstrict food safety requirements (e.g., Dairy, Food, and Beverage industry). Education requirements include post-secondary school credentials in engineering, electrical, mechanical, or trades programs. Demonstrated proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems Must be able to systematically diagnose electrical, plumbing, and mechanical problems. Workingknowledge of boilers, PLCs, electrical,VFD drives, compressors, process instrumentation,HVAC, and industrial wash machines. Demonstratedknowledge of machines and tools, including their design, uses, benefits, repair, and maintenance. Lean 5S training and experience preferred. Welding and fabrication skills preferred(MIG, TIG, Arc). Work Schedule Schedule: Primarily 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM). This role requires occasional support for 2nd and 3rd shift maintenance escalations, emergency situations, and periodic Saturday coverage as needed.
