Senior Network Engineer

Overview: Senior Network Engineer / Network Security Engineer (Cisco SDA, ACI, Palo Alto) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco SDA, Cisco ACI, Palo Alto Firewalls, and enterprise networking technologies . The ideal candidate will handle advanced (L3/P1) troubleshooting, network design, security implementation, and operational support across LAN, WAN, Data Center, and security environments. Key Responsibilities Network Architecture & Implementation
- Implement and support:
- Cisco SDA (DNA Center, ISE, fabric onboarding)
- Cisco ACI (APIC, EPGs, contracts, fabric design)
- Administer Palo Alto Firewalls:
- Security policies, NAT, routing
- VPN (IPSec, site-to-site, remote access)
- Panorama and threat prevention
- Manage enterprise WLAN environments:
- Cisco / Aruba
- Perform:
- RF optimization
- Roaming troubleshooting
- High-density deployments
- Design and troubleshoot:
- IPSec VPNs
- Multi-vendor VPN environments
- Manage:
- DNS, DHCP, IPAM
- Handle:
- Grid management
- Failover and high availability
- Lead troubleshooting of critical issues across:
- LAN / WAN / Data Center / Security
- Perform:
- Real-time packet analysis using Wireshark
- Drive resolution during high-pressure incidents
- Manage:
- Network devices and upgrades
- Support:
- Incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Assist L1/L2 teams in resolving issues
- Lead technical troubleshooting calls
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Communicate technical issues effectively to stakeholders
- TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS, Multicast
- Cisco SDA (DNA Center, ISE)
- Cisco ACI (APIC, EPGs, Contracts)
- Palo Alto Firewalls (PAN-OS, Panorama)
- IPSec VPN
- Enterprise WLAN (Cisco / Aruba)
- Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)
- Wireshark (packet capture & analysis)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Communication & stakeholder management
- Ability to work under pressure
- 7-12+ years of experience in:
- Network Engineering / Network Security
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Cisco & Palo Alto environments
- Multi-vendor network environments
- Automation exposure (good to have)
- Experience in high-availability and enterprise networks
