Relationship Builder – Connect with guests through active listening, guide conversations toward solutions that meet their needs and drive sales performance. Product and Services Expert – Confidently sell devices, plans and services, consistently meeting or exceeding individual performance goals. Store Key Support – As a senior team member, take on opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring the store is secure, organized and ready to serve guests. Qualifications High school diploma required. 1–2 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, ideally in a consultative, customer‑focused environment. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items. Ability to move around the store, assist customers and maneuver merchandise when necessary. Pre‑employment background check and drug screen required. Pay Hourly wage: $19.25 – $20.25 per hour plus uncapped commission. Modified full‑time classification: 30–39 hours per week (average 35).
