Purpose of the Job

We're looking for a standout Product Specialist - Sales to become the face of Doceree's platform and help bring our AI-powered healthcare marketing solutions to life. You'll partner closely with Sales to deliver compelling product demonstrations that don't just showcase features - they tell a story, solve business challenges, and inspire customers to envision what's possible with Doceree.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where every conversation is different, customer needs evolve quickly, and every demo is an opportunity to make a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become the trusted product expert throughout the sales process, helping prospects understand the value and impact of Doceree's platform
\n
• Deliver engaging, tailored product demonstrations that connect customer challenges to meaningful business outcomes
\n
• Partner closely with Sales to understand customer priorities and create compelling demo experiences that move opportunities forward
\n
• Command virtual meetings, executive presentations, and webinars with confidence and credibility
\n
• Bring customer stories to life by translating product capabilities into clear, compelling business value
\n
• Use discovery conversations and active listening to personalize demonstrations and uncover opportunities
\n
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and AdOps to continuously evolve demo environments, messaging, and best practices
\n
• Bring energy, curiosity, and creativity to every customer interaction while helping elevate the overall buying experience
\n

Qualifications - Experience, Skills & Education

\n
• 2+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Demo Specialist, Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, Product Specialist, Customer Success, or similar customer-facing SaaS role
\n
• Experience presenting enterprise technology platforms
\n
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the confidence to engage audiences ranging from end users to executive stakeholders
\n
• Experience partnering closely with Sales throughout the customer buying journey
\n
• Comfortable delivering both in-person and virtual demonstrations in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment
\n
