We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.As a defense mission expert Program Office Representative (PMR), you’ll bring your naval mine warfare and strategy expertise to work on fleet introduction of new acquisition projects for the Department of the Navy. You will collaborate with the development team to formulate Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) for rapid, new, and emerging projects. As well as develop Operational View-1 (OV-1), Concept of Operations (CONOPs), and Concept of Employment (CONEMP) documentation to characterize new systems for operational use. The PMR will support development of CONOPs, and policy updates associated with the delivery of new systems to the fleet. You'll research and assess the naval environment and apply that expertise to support the delivery of naval mine warfare capabilities into the U.S. Surface Navy with a focus on readiness for Sailors to properly operate and maintain the systems. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to ensure the client is best positioned for readiness in the mine warfare mission area. You will shape the vision for training future crews with various flag staff and track those changes into the Type Commander and Fleet Commander policy. You will support in organizing and preparing regular reports and briefings for Program Executive Office audiences. The PMR will support our team in the work we do for the Navy, and the solutions we deliver for military missions. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
