This role requires strong data skills, organizational abilities, and the flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Research and compare vendor pricing for materials, packaging, and servicesTrack, organize, and maintain procurement data within the IQMS ERP systemSupport the Purchasing Director with real-time data and reports for decision-makingAssist with invoice reconciliation, investigating discrepancies with vendors and AP to ensure balanceMaintain and update procurement records, purchase orders, and vendor filesWork closely with production and shipping to track deliveries, especially box truck schedules and related logisticsCreate and manage Excel spreadsheets for cost tracking, supplier performance, and audit trailsSupport documentation of procurement processes for internal and external auditsCoordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Receiving, AP) to ensure timely and accurate information flowJuggle multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail and follow-throughQualifications:Experience using IQMS or similar ERP systems strongly preferredStrong Excel and data mining skills required; ability to pull, analyze, and present purchasing dataBackground in plastic injection molding, extrusion, or packaging logistics a strong plusPrevious experience with invoice matching and reconciliation processesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyEffective communicator with strong follow-up and documentation skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredCompany Details:Location: Kreate, 2000 Industrial Drive, Findlay, OH 45840This position will report to the Procurement Director.Kreate is an equal opportunity employer.
