Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to construction projects. This role will involve overseeing the integration of technical activities, presenting findings to clients, and managing project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, create detailed plans, and direct activities to achieve project goals
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients
• Recruit, assign, and evaluate employees' work, and oversee staff development
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand for project feasibility
• Collaborate with management, production, and marketing staff on project specifications
• Review and approve contracts and cost estimates

Minimum Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and distribution techniques
• Understanding of business and management principles for strategic planning and resource allocation
• Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, etc.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• PMI or PMP certification preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management

100% on site role. Track construction progress and support Schedule, Cost, QAQC, GC management activities.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The salary for this position is between $185,000 – $200,000 USD annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
