Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 36 hours/week
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Employment Type: Travel or Permanent Opportunity
Pay: $90/hour

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients; develop & implement PT plans
Provide therapy to improve mobility and function (SNF setting)
Monitor progress; adjust care as needed
Maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
