Job Description Job Description Join Our Team as a Local CDL A Driver – Reading, Pennsylvania Are you looking for a place where you're respected, and supported? Look no further. This Local CDL A Driver position in Reading, PA involves shifts from 6:00–7:00 AM to 3:00–5:00 PM , with a pay rate of $23.00 – $26.00/hour plus overtime at time-and-a-half, with assistingrequired to load/unload deliveries, with up to 75 lbs lifting requirements . Compensation $23.00 – $26.00 per hour What You'll Do Drive manual transmission CDL A trucks (double-sided curtain truck) Complete 6–7 deliveries daily (lumber, plywood, hardware) Move products to customer locations Assist with unloading smaller items Help load trucks (forklift experience a plus) Ensure safe handling of materials (50–80 lbs) Schedule Monday – Friday Shift: 6:00–7:00 AM to 3:00–5:00 PM Overtime paid at time-and-a-half What We Are Looking For 3–5 years CDL A driving experience Manual transmission experience (no restrictions) Ability to lift 50+ lbs Clean MVR/PSP record Ability to pass a road test Forklift experience preferred Why You’ll Love Working With Us Supportive team environment Competitive pay Opportunities for growth Pace Driver’s, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
