Warehouse Associate

$21/hour | Air-Conditioned Warehouse | Benefits & PTO
Morrisville, NC | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM

Grow Fragrance is a small, growing company that makes candles, car fresheners, diffusers, and home sprays using plant-based ingredients. We're looking for 1–2 experienced Warehouse Associates to join our team and help keep orders moving accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Assemble candles, car fresheners, diffusers, and sprays for inventory
• Receive and check incoming inventory
• Keep inventory organized and easy to locate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Assist with different tasks as needed in a small-team environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to remain on your feet for a full shift
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well with others
