Hospitalist Physician

Job Opportunity: OB Hospitalist in Palm Springs, CA Join a thriving practice at a community hospital located in the beautiful and sunny Palm Springs, California. You will become a part of a dedicated team providing top-notch obstetrical care at a facility equipped with a 30 bed community Level III NICU, supported by affiliated maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology services. The practice sees around 30 deliveries per month, making this a dynamic and rewarding environment for healthcare professionals. Job Responsibilities: Provide 24-hour in-house coverage. Attend deliveries and manage OB triage. Conduct patient evaluations and management. Assist in surgical procedures as needed. Perform fetal monitoring and provide ER coverage. Work 6-10 shifts per month from September to December. Qualifications: Board Certified in OB/GYN (REQUIRED) Active California medical license (REQUIRED) Minimum of 1-year post-residency clinical experience (REQUIRED) Completion of the Prescreen Questionnaire (REQUIRED) CV formatted in MM/YYYY with all gaps explained (REQUIRED) Clean background with no malpractice claims for expedited privileges (REQUIRED) Self-query NPDB completed within 30 days of submission (REQUIRED) Home address, phone number, and email included on CV's first page (REQUIRED) License and Certification Requirements: Board Certification in OB/GYN (REQUIRED) Active California Medical License (REQUIRED) Experience the vibrancy of Palm Springs, a city renowned for its stunning desert scenery, warm climate, and a plethora of outdoor activities.
